1. Service

Project Management, by Dohko Technology, adds a project tracking tab to Bitrix24 CRM deals: weighted stages, subtasks, weighted progress and financial totals (billed, to bill, recognized and to recognize). Progress is updated automatically when the deal's tasks change.

2. Activation and license

After installation from the Bitrix24 Market, use depends on activation by Dohko. The license validity is defined in the contract. Expired or paused licenses block use and automatic updates until renewal.

3. Access

Dohko and the customer decide whether the application is available to all users of the Bitrix24 account or only to Bitrix24 administrators. Field settings are always restricted to administrators.

4. CRM data

The application writes calculated values to deal fields chosen by the administrator and may create, edit and delete tasks at the user's request. Checking the financial values and how they are used is the customer's responsibility.
